Just moved to Budapest, Hungary from South Carolina (East Coast) USA. I have no frigging idea what time zone I’m in now, but if anyone can tell me, I’d be grateful. I’m 6 hours ahead of EST.

Makes driving in Japan seem like a cakewalk (anyone else think that word is weird? Like is it really all that easy to walk on a bunch of cakes? Seems like it would get slippery)

You don’t walk on cakes – you walk (or dance) on a normal floor in hopes of winning a cake. This paragraph from the linked page describes the only cakewalks in which I’ve participated:

The cakewalk is also now seen as a game in church, school and other bazaars and fairs. Participants walk around a path with numbered squares in time with music; when the music stops, a number is called out and the person standing on that square receives a cake. Cakes are usually donated by members of the church or school and the participants buy tickets to play.
