You know a list of email addresses of all the staff so you can just cut & paste into the address field to email the same letter to all of them? That would be much easier than finding all of them in the forums & copying…& copying…

No there isn’t. Frequent posters to the SDMB (I think we can include you in that category, handy) could create entries in their mail program for the moderators.
Things to ponder over a weekend without the SDMB:
Why would anyone need to/want to post the same letter to each and every member of the staff at the SD?
