Is there a full Canadian breakfast?

We don’t have anything so formalized, and nowhere nearly so large. But pretty much every place that serves breakfasts will have a few standards:

  1. Two eggs, home fries, choice of bacon or sausage, choice of bread;
  2. Stack of pancakes, sometimes with bacon or sausage;
  3. French Toast, again sometimes with bacon or sausage.

It’s probably most traditional to get this from a hole-in-the-wall diner in a more working-class neighbourhood*, but you can also get it in fancier places.

For example, kind of local to me: Eat the Strip | Cindy's Restaurant
