Is there a QB controversy now in Dallas?

I didn’t want to hijack this thread about the “Tony Romo Principle”, so I made a new thread for this question:

Cowboys rookie quarterback Dak Prescott has led his team to a 7-1 start while the expected starting QB, Tony Romo, has been injured. Because of this, the Cowboys have felt no need to rush Romo back from his injury. But eventually he’ll be healthy again.

Do you think Romo will regain the spot he’s had for about 10 years as the Cowboys’ starting QB? Or do you think that Prescott, who by all accounts is a contender for Offensive Rookie of the Year, will keep his spot?

I haven’t really been watching the Cowboys (or any football this year, for that matter) but I predict Prescott will continue to start for the Cowboys. You don’t cut this kid’s legs out from under him.

Ideally they should have Romo suited and ready to step in as the backup if something happens to Prescott, but as long as Dallas keeps winning they should stick with the wunderkind as the starter. I know Jerry loves Tony but he’s gotta love winning more.
