Is there a tool online that tells you how many people live in a radius of X miles from a given point

I know there are proprietary databases/demographic companies which can generate this information

Is there anything like this online, for free?

Basically, for example, I want to know how many people live within a 100 mile radius of the Statue of Liberty.

Thanks? Wasn’t exactly the area I was looking for, but it’ll do

Ok next question - is the data parse-able taking into account abstract/political boundaries? so say now I want to know how many people live within a 35 mile radius of Ellis Island but only those who live in New Jersey

(Seriously though, if you ran that for me - thanks)

Was that generated by a publicly-available website, astro?

No, it was generated by a commercial demographics package ( it’s actually capable of far more detail and precision) & website available to me as function of my dues paying membership in professional commercial real estate organization.
