Is there a trick to keeping Teflon stuff clean

I recently bought some Teflon stuff for the oven, one is a roasting pan and the other is just a shallow dish. Already they are discoloured and I know it’s only a matter of time before they get so discoloured and grotty that I will end up throwing them out.

Is there a magic product or trick to getting them clean?

PAM spray every time you use it, followed by hand washing with Dawn dishsoap.

No teflon expert here.

But its my understanding that at least two things are important regarding teflon care. One is don’t get it TOO hot. Second, do nothing to scratch it either during cooking or cleaning.
