Is there a trustworthy ad-blocker for IE8?

It’s not for me, it’s for…a friend. A friend who, for reasons beyond my control, refuses to switch to any other Internet browser.

IE7Pro (ignore the name, it is for IE7-9).
AdBlockIE. This is based on IE7Pro’s blocker, but it seems to slow my browser slightly, but it is easier to set up.

I tried Ghostery as well, but it really slowed down my browser.
