Here’s the problem: You catch the terrorist…but if you kill them they think they are going to heaven and thus they are happy to die. Religious realities aside, this does nothing discourage other would be martyrs.
But is there some way of killing them in such an unclean matter that they cannot go to meet god? Drowning them to death in a mixture of pig parts, beer, and menstral blood?
