What I’d really like is a set up simular to TV Guide. Name of Movie, starred review, one paragraph synopsis and a second paragraph explaning why the reviewer did or didn’t like it. Is there any websites like that?
The review websites I read give more that just a couple paragraph reviews, but you might still want to check them out. My favorite is THEM, but I also recommend the Meta Anime Review Project which links to reviews and offers an “average rating.” I encourage you to check them both out! 
Anime on Dvd is pretty good, but can be a bit lengthier than what you seem to be looking for at times. It also, obviously, focusing solely on anime released on dvd.
Anime Jump! is infrequently updated, but it’s pretty well-written and funny.
