Is there an Image "Preview" program that can do this?

Is there a progam that can “preview” pictures within a folder, without making me refresh the contents of said folder anytime new pictures are added?

To clarify, I often take hundreds of snapshots from video feeds, then scroll through the pictures using Window’s default “Preview” program to select the ones worth keeping. Only problem is that each time I take new screenshots, I have to go back to the folder and click “preview” again in for for the “Preview” program to display the updated images, otherwise it stops at the last image taken before I clicked “preview” the most recent time.

Boy I hope that made sense. Anyway, is there any program that can do this?

Picasa will keep automatically updated thumbnails of pictures in any folder that you want, and will update the previews when new images are added - although that does take a little time. It’s also free. It might be what you need.
