Oh good - I was worried it was just me finding these views a tad squicky.
As unpleasant as the idea of Donald Trump finding his daughter attractive in a non-platonic manner is, the idea that it would somehow be a good thing for her to reciprocate those feelings is so much worse.
OTOH you just know there’s surely a lot of people furiously writing that fic right now under Rule 34 and thinking it’s really hot (and maybe one or two in a hundred will write a halfway readable one)…
Because, we humans are just awful.
I admit to posting what I did to get a knee-jerk dumb reaction, so I could feel superior, I suppose. And at the same time, I don’t have a problem with incest. However, I do have a problem with the fact that people in general are so Neanderthal. They can’t remember or reflect on how as society evolved we would see ewww’s coming from nearly all the people regarding interracial marriage (or even Blacks and Whites associating), and gay marriage (or even gay activity). They think whatever common people think right now is right for all time.
Couldn’t agree more. Social acceptance of incest is a groundbreaking and highly forward thinking concept. You are a giant among men for suggesting it’s high time society dealt more equitably with that particular social taboo. Incest - it’s the new gay!
But not gay incest. That’s clearly a step too far.
