Is there anyway to see a profile of someone you know has registered here but has not posted anything yet?

Finding the profile for an SDMB poster

Q: How can I look up the profile for an SDMB user, if I don’t know the poster’s userid and can’t find a post by that user?
A: Use the following URL:
http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/member.php?action=getinfo&username=
After the “username=” include the poster’s SDMB username. Replace spaces in the username with “%20”. e.g.

…username=TubaDiva

…username=C%20K%20Dexter%20Haven
