I thought internet cafes all had dynamic IPs that meant you couldn’t really pin them down?
And also, how do you know that particular place has been flagged before? I’m not insinuating or accusing anything, it’s just something Tir_Tinuviel said to me a while ago about interweb cafes. Just curious.
Because when I mentioned in the About This Message board that I’d had a couple of problems logging in(it wouldn’t let me in till the 2nd or 3rd go), I was told that the IP had been flagged which may have created the trouble
