Is it against the rules or etiquette to publish details of a member’s profile on another message board?
The Minister of Etiquette has determined that what happens on that board, stays on that board. Whatever board that might be.

Of course, Mods love to hear from the members. I guess your best choice might be to PM one and go into details. They are actually very helpful when you have a question.
Yeah – they already know “42”; its the other part that keeps them checking their PMs on a daily basis. 
I would consider it jerkish to publish details about another poster from a source other than this message board. In general, off board matters involving another poster should not be brought to the board.
Huh. I thought he was asking if he could publish profile info on a member from here, onto another board.

That’s what I was asking.
We generally don’t police the activities of members off-board. However, I could see a case that if the objective was ridicule or to get the poster in trouble it could be construed as harassment.
Don’t worry; it’s a moot point now. Ironically, you yourself have posted the info I wanted to release.
