OK I was on a dating site and I received an message by someone with this pic, (it’s a public profile so I will provide a link to it, as anyone can see it)

The thing is I know people use fake pics and such, but this pic reminds me of someone but I can’t figure it out.

Of course maybe I’ve seen him around town, but I can’t figure it out. Is this a well known person?
