Thank you. I always thought they were ugly babies, and getting older hasn’t helped. I never understood why people thought they were cute and I would just get the standard, “there are no ugly babies!” retort from people. I was always like, “Well there are two right there…”
Wow. Those are good pictures. The twins need to look back at those and remember how to trim their eyebrows.

Their money comes not from them but rather from their parents, (father in particular) was smart enough to use his girls as money making machines.
The girls claim to have always liked working instead of being kids. They are going to be worth a billion dollars together so you’d only get about half a billion for one 
They were ugly as kids and around 18 -20 they were nice looking, then they adopted this, “I take my clothes from the donation bin at the Salvation Army” look.
But those are obviously made to look bad. That’s the problem with the OP’s picture. It looks like a normal picture. If this is his work, then he’s even failing at doing what he’s supposed to be doing.
And, yes, they do look old. I’d agree with 50, but only with plastic surgery. Personally, to me they just look like drug addicts or anorexic (I know one was, but she’s supposedly better). And it’s not like I’m one of those people who gets the “too skinny” threads. Skinny and not all wrinkled up and leathery is fine.
My youngest stepdaughter used to watch Full House all the time, and would get mad at me when I would ask how they got that monkey* to talk. 
*Although a more accurate term may have been “orangutan.”
Yeah unfortunately I wound up canceling my subscription this year after 30+ years. The magazine had already been dying the last couple years (about half as thick as it used to be, mostly pictures, not a whole lot of news, way too much fluff). Tina Brown just drove the stake through it’s heart.
They look a little tired and under the weather, and both could do with a few extra pounds (I’m not anti-skinny either, but some people’s frames don’t look good ultra-skinny - you know, the lollipop-head syndrome). But they look good otherwise. The one on the right, in particular, looks like a fashion model.
Agreed about them not being cute babies. One of my nieces is an absolute stunner now, and is about the same age as the Olsens, but she was the ugliest baby I’ve ever seen.
They have that “I’m sick but I’m pretty” look, which is certainly sick but not very pretty. A square meal and a walk in the sunshine would do both of them a lot of good.

I think it’s the overdone lighting, plus they appear to have little to no makeup on aside from eye makeup. (I’m sure there’s at least a fair amount of foundation and concealer, which evens out the complexions, then the color got washed out by the lighting.) Even a little more visible blush added would make them look much more “healthy” in those photos.
Newsweek had a cover story on them all the way back in the mid to late 90s.
Yeah, they had a bad stretch of being People Magazine back then, too.

Thought they were funny-looking (if not downright off-putting) on Full House.
And as adolescents, their funny-looking turned into a really awkward, head-scratchingly girly scarecrow type of creepy.
Now as adults, they’re older, but nothing’s changed… They will not age well at all. At least they’ll have their billions.
I’ve never understood their (annoyingly so) fan following.

I haven’t read the Newsweek article, but my understanding is that the majority of their fortune comes from a line of branded clothing and other merchandise that is sold at Walmart.

You people are crazy, they look like above average 20 some year old girls.
You apparently have seen a lot of ugly 20 year olds. That picture is aweful.
Now, in real life, I’ve pretty much always thought they were pretty, at least after they got past the toddler years. I always thought they were cute kids, and that they grew up to be stunning adults. The exception is when they started looking anorexic, but they’ve mostly fixed that.
Except in that photo. That’s probably another reason it doesn’t work for me. They’ve actually looked like that before, so you don’t immediately think it is stylized.
I’m sure that, under similar conditions, most women their age would look equally as bad. But the problem is that we don’t normally experience those conditions, and don’t think of people as looking the way they do in them. Your picture of what someone looks like is how you most often see them.
I’m with you. They look like very pretty girls going for the bohemian look. I suspect the haters just aren’t into that look. I think it’s hot.
I agree with this. It’s just two girls with their own fashion sense. The fact that they have parleyed that sense of style into billions says a lot.
I don’t think they look even half of fifty.
