Is this spam email written in code?

Recently received an obvious spam email that containing gibberish that looks like code. It also contains an attachment ((sic)Get Free BTC AK543 .htm) that I will obviously not click on. Does anyone want a go at cracking the body of the email?

It appears to be the first verse or two of the Book of Genesis in Klingon.
