Is this stuff I found LSD or something else?

Found outside my office this morning in the parking lot. Should I call the local popo to pick this up or is it something more benign I can just throw away? Prefer not to bother them if its nothing.

Never mind. I just called the police to pick it up. It’s their problem now.

Those look like empty heroin packaging from the New York/Philly area, in case you were still wondering. May or may not still have drugs in em, some people like to save their empties and scrape them when they’re running low.

Yep.

Blotter artis much better than that (Google ‘blotter art’ for a range of examples).

When I was in high-school (small town, 1976) I found a pack of cigarette papers. Eager to learn a new skill, I emptied the pencil sharpener’s reservoir and used the shavings to roll “joints”. I showed some friends and we all got into it.

Then we discretely dropped our “joints” all over the place. One in the hallway, one in the cafeteria, one by a teacher’s desk. There was a huge over reaction (including an editorial in the town paper) before someone took the initiative to break one open. :smack:

(never got caught)

It wouldn’t hurt to send those photos to someone in your local DEA office - probably in the Intelligence section. They would know if the brands on those items are known brands in your area. If they’re not already known brands, you’d be doing your community a service. When the job is done right, some interesting tracking of trafficking can be done.

Those didn’t look like the actual blotters, but something the individual hits would be wrapped up in. Though I usually saw them wrapped up in foil.

Yeah, heroin stamps, which as far as I know are only a US thing so I’ve never seen one in real life.

Someone keeps a blog of them here.

Oh my god, they have a picture of the original road trip bus used by Ken Kesey and the merry Pranksters … Further!!!

<did I just oops and show how old I am again?>

Escaping through the lily fields, I came across an empty space.
It trembled and exploded, left a bus stop in its place.
The bus came by and I got on, that’s when it all began,
There was Cowboy Neal at the wheel of the bus to never ever land!

They are actually wax paper envelopes but they call em stamps, and like said probably someone hoarding em for later scraping during desperate times(waste of time but eh).
They are more popular on the east coast I believe.

Astro please, PLEASE PLEASE tell me those pictures are not of all those heroin stamps in you FUCKING HOUSE!

Get rid of those things NOW!

I did this once in class, early 70s. I saw it done on the TV show Room 222. The teacher began to freak a little, so I told him it was just pencil shavings. He laughed.

He did. He called the police. Post #2.

Thank you!

Anyone else just noticed the pube in picture #1?
