Trump has overworked himself doing multiple events a day, he’s sundowning hard, and they’re doping him up right now to try and get him lucid. You heard it here first.
Fercryinoutloud! Trump doesn’t care who’s gay. He lived in Manhattan most of his life. His hero Roy Cohn was gay. Gays are just guys he doesn’t have to compete with when he invites a pageant contestant to the table. Just watched the clip in this story. I found it hilarious that one of the Trump supporters on stage finally just gives up on trying to look interested and starts scrolling/texting on his phone.

A little like the “Every Breath You Take” phenomenon, I suppose. I read that Sting expressed amazement that people would play his song about creepy stalking at weddings, but he eventually shrugged and stopped being surprised.

No idea about “32 sheegrth,” but I think he’s trying to say that the teleprompter malfunctioned for a bit, so he ad libbed around it. Not terribly well. Then the teleprompter started working again (“kicked back in”), then he got hung up on another meaning of “kickback.”
My best guess.

See, this is the genius of Trump. He’s always one step ahead of everyone. The election is in 21 days, right? What’s one step ahead of 2? 3! And what’s one step ahead of 1? 2! Put them together and you get 32!
I have some issues with the person who posts these on X (not Smapti) because they sometimes cut out the context to make it seem worse than it is. And that’s really not necessary. Anyway, in this case, he appears to be talking about something “she” said. I’m guessing Harris. She was talking about 32 days until the election and her teleprompter went out so all she could do was keep repeating 32 days. I’m not sure what the kickbacks thing was about. He was just weaving there. 
In the case of that tweet, the transcription is mine because Aaron Rupar didn’t provide one of his own. “Sheegrth” is my best attempt at transcribing the sound he made. It sounds like he was talking about an unnamed she (distinct from “Mr. Congressman”) when his brain glitched out.
If I actually watched one of his speeches in its entirety and tried to transcribe it I’d probably lose my mind - I don’t know how these magawatchers do it.
I agree that you sometimes miss the context that helps explain it. But, in this case, there is no context that helps. This was all off the script and 100% unintelligible. I want someone, somewhere to try to sanesplain. No one can. You could see the jello that is left in his skull leaking out of his left ear.

Oops. I wasn’t paying attention to who the twitterer was. I thought it was Acyn? I think the name is. That is the one who seems to purposefully mislead sometimes.
It would help if we could hear what he was saying before the clip starts where he seems to be in the middle of a story about “she” and a congressman. Like I said, these clips are sometimes misleading and they don’t need to be. It wouldn’t have hurt Rupar’s point to include the context. Trump still made a hash of it.
He’ll sing “Motel California” and when called out, he’ll claim, “Motel was the original song title. It was. It was. They didn’t have the money like I had. So the Beagles— Eagles stayed in motels. They used to be called the Beagles until I told them to change their name. And the song words…”
He’s one of the other ones who tweets clips of Trump speeches. I don’t know of any other sources that are more reliable short of watching the entire speech and clipping it myself. I’m often posting to this thread while I’m on a break at work, so I don’t always have time to listen and transcribe myself.

It’s not your fault that the clips can be misleading and I appreciate you posting them. I absolutely understand why they want to make Trump look as bad as possible. But dishonesty is the other side’s purview. I don’t like seeing our side play their game even in small ways.
