For years it’s been rumored that Trump takes Adderall for its stimulant properties. We can’t know, of course. But on the theory that Every Accusation is a Confession, note how often he has mentioned things like ‘Biden will be all drugged up’ for their debate.
If Trump IS being dosed before appearances, there has got to be a physical limit. You can’t overdose Adderall day after day.
It’s reasonable to wonder if drug use is affecting his “exhaustion.”

His suits are so badly tailored, it could just be part of the acreage of fabric that comprises his jacket.

When you zoom in on the bottom left corner of the picture where he’s sitting down, there’s clearly the rounded corner of something black poking out behind him. It’s not the same color as his coat, it’s not a shadow, and it’s visually distinct from where the back of his coat is rumpled up.
Dear god–if I get to the point where I’m incontinent take me off th national stage, I beg you… (I already have to run to pee sometimes).
Ladies and gentlemen, it’s his suit. It’s not a towel or anything like that: if you watch him enter and sit down you will see his jacket fold underneath his ass.

Any place we can see a clip of that? Because the still photo in the third example of post 2730 really, really, REALLY looks like he is sitting on something.
However, I would think that if this is a thing he needs to do, it would have long ago been explained away - he travels with a bespoke cushion he always sits on because it is better for his back, and/or keeps him from worrying about germs. You know that is how it would be spun, if it had to be.
