Yeah; as a practical matter I would bet against the possibility that Trump could deal with providing a urine sample without help.
I do kind of wonder why the Biden people haven’t picked up on the Trumpy demand that Biden be drug-tested, and insisted that both candidates be tested. Of course they’d have to insist that Trump actually be seen by X number of witnesses to provide his sample then and there, as opposed to bringing one in.
It wouldn’t have to be a urine sample, maybe. I see that testing of Olympic athletes involves both urine and blood samples; maybe just the latter would be sufficient to prove that Trump was on Adderall, I mean, to prove that Biden is clean. Well, maybe both.

There is no evidence that Biden has ever used performance-enhancing drugs, but curiously, Trump’s former White House physician Ronny Jackson (whom Trump repeatedly misidentified as Ronny Johnson last week) gave Fox News Channel host Maria Bartiromo a very detailed list of drugs that could sharpen attention and clarity. One of the ones he mentioned, Provigil, was on the list of those widely and improperly distributed by the White House Medical Unit in the Trump White House.
Good cite. Of course anyone paying attention over the past eight years knows about the rumors that Trump is a drug abuser. Certainly the information HCR provides in her newsletter seems undisputed:

I found a transcipt of the speech (flubs corrected) and it seems he is talking about sex trafficking.
And then Crooked Joe Biden came to office, crooked as a $3 bill. I used to say $2 bill, but they make $2 bills, right? He’s crooked as a $3 bill. He came to office right there and there was an explosion of illegal immigration. By the way, drugs and human trafficking too. And human trafficking is mostly in women, I hate to say. You think of it as an ancient thing, but you know what made it almost as big as the drug dealing stuff? You know what it was? The internet. It’s made it massive. Human trafficking in women. And there’s more of it going on right now than anytime in the history of the world. And it’s taken place during this horrible, pathetic president’s time in office.
It will surprise no one to lean that the policies of the Trump administration made human trafficking worse.
I also found the $2 or $3 bill thing curious since the $2 bill came out in 1863 and so its not exactly a new thing. But it turns out he used the exact same line about Hillary, complete with correction to $3 in 2016.
The phrase “queer as $3 bill” goes back to the 19th century – with “queer” applicable in any sense of the word.

Lewandowski asks a question about Biden and the debate. Trump responds with… silence. Lewandowski repeats the question, then Trump apparently wakes up from his nap and repeats exactly what Lewandowski just said.

That’s what it sounded like to me. Trump falls asleep on a call as one of his propaganda toadies is trying to push the idea that Biden is too weak and tired to engage in a debate.

I find it hard to believe that Trump is referring to the border-crossers as “we”. Is he somehow claiming that hundreds of thousands of American citizens are dying at the border every year??
No.
I do not find Trump as hard to understand as some do here.
Trump misspoke in saying that hundreds of thousands are dying annually when trying to enter the U.S. from Mexico. He quickly corrected himself, as he meant to say that hundreds of thousands are entering annually.
Compared to most twentieth century poetry, understanding DJT is easy. My problem is the demagogery, not the verbal flubs.
