It’s more than likely that Trump doesn’t know what “late, great” means. He probably thinks it’s a synonym for “famous”.

I think that when turnp talks about lecter he is basically speaking to a crowd who are there at every rally and he is speaking informally in a “party” style of banter to them, which any one of us is capable of in our own locutions. But the press is just clueless about it as are the posts here.

Right. Every now and then, some TV news reporter will interview a few Trump rally attendees. All will say that they’ve been to many Trump rallies. The number varies from person to person, but it’s always more than one. I don’t think I’ve heard anybody saying that this is their first Trump rally; though in fairness, that could be due to selective editing.

I have heard Dr. John Gartner (psychologist famous for being willing to risk his professional career talking shit about Trump) say several times that Trump’s inability to actually spit certain words out is a sure sign of dementia. Youtube examples abound, this one should be cued up to where he talks about the specifics:

- He doesn’t write his own speeches and never rehearses or reads them beforehand, so he’s learning the speech in real time as it scrolls on the prompter

TMZ has checked, and it turns out Jackson’s Virginia medical license expired back in 2020 … so, technically it seems he’s not allowed to treat patients.
The Dallas Morning News reports he’s still American Board of Emergency Medicine certified to provide emergency medical services … a certification that lasts until 2025.
According to public records, Jackson’s Florida license is listed as Military Active … basically meaning he can provide medical treatment but only in military facilities.
