Huh. At the National Association of Black Journalists convention today, he said “I’ve known her a long time indirectly”
[squints] Oh, come on, pal, Trump and consistency have barely a nodding acquaintance.
And, in fact, he twice donated money to her campaigns for Attorney General of California, in 2011 and 2013. But, no, had never heard of her. 
Can anybody think why he would do that? I mean, what was in it for him? (cause that’s the only reason he does anything)
The donation appears to have been an effort to buy influence in the Trump University investigation:

I think Trump’s statements at the NABJ convention about Harris “turning Black” is about him mixing up Harris and Nikki Haley, as people – not their names. Similarly to when he mixed up Haley and Pelosi as people.
Like, he combined them in his head, so he’s thinking, she was always Indian, but now she’s Black? I guess she just decided she’s Black now…

He just stuttered saying “when”, that isn’t anything strange. Now, bringing up Lecter again is freaking strange.

Or is it Nikki Haley? I really feel bad for Trump, even a stable genius who aced two cognitive tests better than anyone has ever seen before can’t always keep them straight, they’re all practically the same person.

It’s worth pointing out when he constantly insists that Harris “can’t put two sentences together”. If “we have beaten Medicare” was enough of a slip-up to end Biden’s campaign, then Trump’s incessant logorrhea needs a spotlight shining on it as well.

A slight stutter on one word is not an example of that. That’s normal speech you will find from any human being, regardless of how articulate they are.
There are countless real verbal slip ups of Trump. Even the person you quoted from Twitter didn’t seem to find that tiny stutter worthy of comment, rather their point was that he brought up Lecter yet again.
