I do the same thing. My stylist says that it is fine except my highlights might not last as long.
Do you have short hair? I would think that short hair would be even less of a problem.
I have relatively long hair for a guy (at the front and sides). I am more concerned about whether it will increase my chances of going bald. Does anyone know of any studies on this?
I have heard that regular stimulation of hair follicles (through things like washing/drying) actually improves your chances of not going bald. I have also heard that this is completely false and that baldness is entirely genetic. Furthermore, I have heard that excessive washing/conditioning can dry out the hair.
What about conditions like alopecia? Is this correlated to the frequency of hair washing
