That’s perfectly normal. When you drink a decent amount of water, say half a liter or more, you will piss out most of it within the first hour, and the rest over the next hour. However, things like soda, juice, etc… are removed more slowly from the blood, and so your bladder fills up slower, and you don’t have to pee as often.
I think this has to be in your head. How can a caffenated drink quinch your thirst more than water?
Doesn’t caffeine dehydrate the body?
Anyway, unless I’m having dinner, I always drink water. Not only does it quinch my thirst better but I’ve noticed I it makes me feel better as well.
