These terrorists are fighting ITO a just fight. They are not flying planes into buildings, strapping explosives to themselves and going on suicide missions for the fun of it. You and I may view them with distaste and despair but that will not change how they view their cause. Something as stupid as the idea in the OP will not make them stop IMO. I can’t cite any Islamic doctrine, but will echo the feeling of previous posters that doing ANYTHING which may be deemed as desecrating bodies would be an absolutely unspeakable bad idea.
IMO the reason the Chechens who took over the Moscow theater did what they did is that they have been disrespected in the most insanely fundamental ways. There will be no peace in Chechnya/Russia without mutual respect, something which has been sorely lacking for a very long time (about 300 years!). All the Russian military/gov’t would accomplish by such an act would be to galvanize existing hatred among the remaining nonviolent portion of the Chechen people.
