Issues with SDMB Loading on Chrome and Shockwave

I am actually posting this from Firefox, which is not my default browser. Reason being, on Chrome it’s taking a long time (like a minute instead of a couple of seconds) to load. Also, before I could scroll before the loading time was even up on Chrome. Now, I have to wait for it to be done loading which takes extra time now. On top of that, I have got the Shockwave crashing. sahirnee pointed this out in another thread too.

And no, it is not happening to me on any other browser. It is working normally on my phone, and it’s working fine elsewhere, except Chrome.

I use Chrome all the time for SDMB with no issues. Do you have any recently installed extensions? Try disabling all of them (unless there are security ones you absolutely must have), and see if it helps.
