And the pies are in the oven.
I had to run to the dollar store to get some evaporated milk. The can in the pantry had a Best By date of a year anna half ago. It was really yellow when I dumped it out. No sour smell, so it was probably safe, but for a buck, I didn’t want to take a chance. I got 2 cans (future pies, you know) plus some brown sugar. And in about 50 minutes, the pies should be done.
I think supper will be something fishlike.

I need to start laundry but donwanna! OYKW went to his place to do laundry and will be back later. He also is takin’ care of some irk paperirk stuff, poor thing. I really want nappage. I could have both. Hmmmm…
We took the kitty to the vet today. Car wouldn’t start, so we walked there with the cat in the carrier. It’s not too long of a distance.
The main concern about our cat is that he’s losing weight, so the vet recommended some canned food for him to help him gain weight.
Well, I did get some free coffee at the craft sale, so yay. 
If I got taller I would be thinner - so that could be a win-win. 
Sah-son got the English paper done, still working on the art paper. Then the music quiz. Not that I have anything to do with the quiz. I need to irk 2 more hours to get the bonus.
Supper will be tuna steaks, crescent rolls, and steamed broccoli, with punkin pie for dessert.
Thus endeth the weekend.
**FCD **has to go to Virginia tomorrow so I won’t be making him a lunch. I’ll take left over chickin-n-dumplins for my lunch. That’ll be easy.
I’m actually looking forward to work - I may actually start doing something this week. YAY!

I’ve been productive. I did laundry and I made us dindin. Go Me! I made bacon 'n cheese omelets, grits, and toast for dindin cause, well, I felt like brekkie for dindin. Plus, it’s easy and tasty, just the way I like my dindin and my men.
