It lost me because I highlighted it and Chrome Google earch failed to find me a real or a funny URL.

If it was funny (reminds me vaguely of a Mel Brooks bit) please share a video clip. If real… unless it is the Catheter Cowboy talking… I’m not sure I want to really know.

pontificate: Pontiff = Pope = head of the Roman Catholic Church: cath lick: doesn’t mean anything IRL, but sounds like Catholic.

Also, to further mansplain, “Cath lick” is also a double entendre - as Kaylasdad points out, it sounds like Catholic. Taken literally, with “cath” as short for “catheter” it could be something really disgusting. IDK, I wasn’t gullible enough to Google it.
