Well, I’ve spent the past couple of days picking ripe boysenberries, and there will be more tomorrow! Yum yum, boysenberries, you can hardly ever even buy them in the store because they don’t transport well, but I have gallons in the freezer. Boysenberries on homemade ice cream, in my muffins, in cobblers, and on my GrapeNuts. And of course eaten right off the vine (the extremely prickly vine, my hands are a mess) out in the warm sun. Yum, yum, life is good, boysenberries!
Yum sounds good. Of course first time I heard of this berry as a kid I thought poisonberries?? In jam??
