Eh. 28 inches last weekend, a couple of more Tuesday, and then 5 inches last night. Pretty slick this morning what with the warm roads quickly turning to ice.
Typical spring.
A bit over 22 feet of snow for the season. Snow pack is a little bit less than average I think, but the last 3 feet have helped.
Now what the fuck does this have to do with you personally being sick of snow happening where you live, which is, after all, rather the point of this particular thread?
You’ve already got your very own thread to troll on local weather. Why do you feel it is necessary to shit on other people’s nice things?
If somebody is bemoaning their snowy fate, and it actually is the worst goddamn winter they ever went through, with the most goddamn miserable snow ever, it helps them cope a little. It’s not just you. It really was/is a shitty winter.
I already made it. I sympathize with anyone suffering from the unbelievable winter this year. And I provided evidence to show it isn’t just in your head.
And the worst thing is that the few scientists he can point at as supporting his idea are not in reality if favor of what he is trying to by undermining past theories or that a new theory for polar and mid latitude weather means that the theories that he hates are discredited. Cohen and researchers that do work with him like Jennifer Francis do not think so:
Today is lovely. You know the worst part of this winter and the reason why everyone not on the East Coast of America is shrugging? Because everywhere else in the world, it was a warmer than normal winter. Is there such a thing as a cold sink? Cuz we got that covered here.
