The name of the band is actually “Dhuran Dhuran.”

By the way, students at my former high school painted the famous “an eye for an eye” quote on one of the walls… and spelled the name “Ghandi.” Good thing I was never proud of that institution of alleged learning.

Yep. I freak out slightly whenever someone claims there’s a “correct” way to transliterate a word. Transliteration is an art, not a science.
