Ever been a young girl who got catcalled? I’m not saying this is what Mister Rik is doing, nor should that be illegal. But it does make me think of when I was younger and you’d have way older guys (yes, your father’s age) telling you about how beautiful you were and how if they were younger, they’d be hitting on you and wanting to date you. It gives you the creeps. He didn’t just say, “Damn, I think my cousin is really pretty.” He said, “I know it’s illegal to have sex with her, but damn, my cousin is really beautiful and she’s totally of age, even though I’m old enough to be here father.”
