I just hope I can get whatever fixed before the end of the year. I am tired of one side of my head being all stopped up.

Today was a Monday all day. The !@#$ on the weekend that I used to share a cube with requested and was granted to be moved to my desk once again. He proceeded to leave me an email demanding that I do things just so. After our departmental round table this afternoon, I took him aside and told him that, as he had requested my desk, any complaints of how I have things set up will be construed as a request to be returned to his originally assigned place. I even cleared this with my supe beforehand. I think that he’s just clueless of how to back up his desktop and couldn’t live without some of the [del]crap[/del] things on my computer.
Laundry is in the dryer, supper is et and vaccuuming is done.

Hi! waves I have lots of scans, in case you’re wondering. For contrast they will first do a scan without contrast, then you will get the contrast. Usually it’s given in an IV. Quite often, once you get it, you’ll feel a quick, warm flush sweep through your entire body. It often makes people feel like they’ve peed their pants. Don’t worry. Everyone feels like it, and no one does. It’s just the chemical moving through your blood stream. The contrast let’s your doctor see a few additional details.
It’s all over super quick.

Good Mornin’ Y’all! Up and caffeinatin’. YAWN ‘Tis 55 Amurrkin out and cloudy with a predicted high of 80 and mostly N.O.S. this afternoon. Rain is allegedly comin’ in tonight and tomorrow’s high will be 57 Amurrkin. We shall see. A cold front is supposed to come through and give us more seasonable temps. Plans to day are to see the dentist and the eye doc. Rah. We shall go to our favorite Mexican place for comestibles this evenin’. Lookin’ forward to that as I love me some Mexican groceries.

In the office extra early this morning because I need to be home at noon for the furnace guy.
Terrible night last night. 10:45, we were both jolted out of bed because GEICO decided to send a text to my phone. In the dark and quiet, my text notification ring is particularly terrifying! Plus, since I have a cheapie flip phone, I only got the last little bit of the text - I have no idea what they were sending me. Today, GEICO will get a phone call. :mad:

Because of the high deductible I am now stuck with post-ACA I have a little more leeway what I can get away with. And since the ongoing is BP and heart I just feel better doing twice a year as I get older. My doctor has become a friend of sorts and I think she would see me for free if it was necessary and she REALLY wants the twice a year as well so ---------------------
Heck, I got a deal with her; she doesn’t pallatize packages for Amazon and I don’t try to second guess medical decissions.
