It's my birthday in Japan

Since we’re over the dateline, it’s my birthday today. My wife wished me a happybirthday this morning and will take me out for dinner. She’s getting me a new band for my favorite watch, a Breitling.

My sister called this morning and she and her kids gave me their wishes. I love kids and I’ve got a great relationship with my neice and nephew and they love their Uncle Tokyo.

Happy Birthday to youuuuuuuuuu, Happy Birthday to youuuuuuuuuuuuu
Happy Birthday dear Tokyooooooooooo
Happy Birthday to youuuuuuuuuu!

<ok ok i’ll shut up now…nobody ever said i could carry a tune…>

おめでとう誕生日! Happy birthday!

Oh, and I’m 46 now, looking like I’ll need reading glasses to go with my contacts and if I had a lawn I’d be shooing everyone off it.

Damn.

Happy birthday to you, TokyoPlayer! May you have many more!

Welcome to the 46 club! I’d offer you a seat, but my feet are killing me. I’d offer to talk to you about issues of the day, but I can’t remember stuff for long. Also, I haven’t read the paper because I can’t find my glasses… :smiley:

Happy Birthday. Many happy returns of the day to you.

Heh, dude, you’re old.
:smiley:

Happy Birthday, Tokyo…right behind ya at two weeks for 46. Ain’t wisdom age a Good Thang?

Happy Birthday, young 'un, from Bangkok (13 hours ahead of the time in my place of birth).

Wishing you a good day, a good year and a great life! :slight_smile:

Many happies, TP - hope you have an excellent day!
