I, for one, understand the correlation now JB. The idea of relating what happened in Pakistan and what occurs on our streets had not hit me until you elaborated. I catch myself walking around with blinders on sometimes since I live in Assboink, NY where were wouldn’t know a gang member if we fell over one. You are certainly correct that living in the US doesn’t protect anyone from violence. I had no point of reference for such a comparison, having lived a pretty sheltered life.
I should definately be thankful that I actually had to think hard about that, since violence is not common where I live.
The situation is horrible, no matter where it occurs.
