I’m sitting here at my computer looking out on a pleasant Melbourne evening…which is being marred by some streaks running down my window from last weekend when I cleaned the walls.
I’ve been looking at these streaks all week, promising myself that I WOULD get motivated to dig out the Windex and give them a good scrubbin’.
Should I just continue observing life through the streaky haze, or should I get my arse into gear and clean the freakin’ window??
Betcha she’s gone out t’ clean 'em right now.
Then again, perhaps she’s watching the cricket (unless it’s all over by now).
You’re probably right. She’d have had a chance to do the window before sundown your time, possibly – but yeah. They’ll be there tomorrow, for her to contemplate on another day.
Personally, if I was telling a messageboard about it, I’d have had the paper towel and cleaning fluid out by now. Hacked-off level would have been well and truly reached.
Jeezum crow.
I’ve been looking at streaks on the window for the last 4 years.
Leave 'em be. They add an interesting perspective to your view when you look through them “just right”.
Oh and I’m a bloke, take my suggestion with as many grains of salt as you need
