I’ve had snapping turtle meat in a stew at a restaurant, but no one likes those ornery bastards lol.

It did not taste like chicken btw, gamey tasting and closer to cheap beef.

Snapping turtles are easy to find; sometimes all you have to do is go tubing. :eek:
As for them tasting gamey, have a heart…
