Yes, surprisingly enough, it’s even a part of my user name! 
And … well, this is one of those major ones, too… I don’t want to actually reveal which one, but it is one of the milestone ones. Many years ago, I took Jack Benny’s cue and just say I’m turning 39 (again :)). (It’s 50, for the overly curious.)
As my birthday is in the middle of the week, I may just take the day off of work and relax at home. That gives me the extra bonus of having a shortened work week! LOL No major plans, though.
I understand. Mine’s also on the 12th. Last year’s birthday was somewhat… subdued.
Not sure yet though I know that I’ll be getting together with my family. Oh, and beagledave, I won’t be getting a beer of the month, but I think the last batch of homebrew that my dad and I made will be just about right by then.
Am I being stupid here: how did you find out when everyone’s birthday is?
I’m 35 tomorrow (which is also the anniversary of the start of WWII and Cromwell’s Victory over the Scots).

My birthday is 9/11 but since it’s in the middle of the week I won’t be doing to much. I’ll also be busy planning my daughters first birthday party for 9/15.

Another September birthday girl here. I will be 32 years old on Sept. 24. My hubby’s birthday (he’s not a Doper) is the 25th and he is also going to be 32, which makes me one day older than him. I love telling people how I’m married to a younger man
I have no idea what I’ll be doing, but I can bet that it will NOT be like last year. (a surprise party at a Greek restaurant that I knew about at least a week before the actual event, thanks to a friend of mine who accidentally let it skip out on the phone one night)
All I can say is that my sister had better remember it, even if she is practically across the country by then…

I’ll be hitting the big 4-0 on the 15th. No trauma here, however - I just realized it this morning. Nothing planned (work all night, sleep all day… ). beagledave and Linus Van Pelt , would you mind firing a virtual pint or two of the porter my way? I’m getting ready to start homebrewing and would like to see what the competition is like.
