Did her ears look like this instead of this? She could be a Scottish Fold with single-folded ears rather than triple-folded. Single-folded ears are considered less desirable in Scottish Folds, so your theory could be right.

By the way, what color is she? I’m picturing her as a black cat.

But you may be right, otherwise. She’s soild grey. And carries off the squished up ear thing better than any of the pictures of seen so far :).

I figured once my roomate came home (he’s been out of town) the whole thing would be over because he’d never put up with the talking. But once he got back…she shut up! SHE KNEW!!! :eek:

I grew up with cats, and let me tell you: sometimes I wonder if they can understand human speech. My parent’s old cat, George, has a better grasp of the English language than half of my professors in college did.
