Is he still alive? I read, a few years ago, in the Off-Beat News in World Almanac that he was apparently still alive, although certainly in no condition to appear on TV. (He co-hosted the original Today Show with Dave Garroway almost 50 years ago.) Granted there are few chimpanzees who live that long…
