James Otto Sweet Heart and Damning Suicides to Hell

I wonder if there’s a way to use the power of this thread for good… hmm…

Okay, Nancarrow, it’s like this: you can start washing up that week old pile of dirty dishes. Or, you can start rereading this thread from the beginning. What’s it to be?

I can give you a Cliffs Notes version if you would like…

Hmmmm… dirty dishes would definitely be more stimulating and fulfilling. And if you want the sensation of rereading the thread at the same time, just smash a glass and jam the shards under your fingernails.

Therapist? Dude, that’s hilarious you asked that.

Well, I was shooting for amusing but I’ll take hilarious.

Many times when frustrated and disgusted and feeling like I’m accomplishing nothing, I will wash dishes. “There! The dishes were dirty and now they’re clean!”

I suggest reading the thread first and then doing the dishes.

Have people been making pope jokes with you? I feel sorry for my friends name Frank…

Had I known they were looking for a Francis, I’d have gone to the conclave.

I told a friend of mine that Italians do love their Frankys! Haha

Well the fact that James said “I love you.” to me just before I went home when I last saw him, in my opinion, says a lot. And James said “I love you.” to me after the last hug that we gave each other.

If you think that I fired first by sharing what it is that I believe, the last time that I checked, I had a right to share my beliefs whether anyone likes what they are or not. The reason why we are still talking about this is the fact that the rest of y’all didn’t know how to ignore what I had to share. If my message had just been ignored, we wouldn’t be where we are now. Which brings me to this question here Is this the kind of conversation that the rest of y’all wanted to have happen?

And I don’t mean to go out of my way to make other feel worse when I share what it is that I believe, but if I am asked what it is that I think, I am not going to lie to a person. And yes, I know that I was not asked here what it is that I believe happens to those who take their life, but here is a question for you from me since I am considerate enough to answer the ones that you have for me here: Since when does a person need permission to share what it is that they believe?

To answer your second question, if I happen to see someone getting ready to end their life in anyway, I will do what I can to try and stop them. Wouldn’t you try to stop them or would #1 on your priority list be yourself?

That is not the kind of help that I was talking about. It was said that the person wasn’t able to find the job that they needed to give their family the financial help that was needed. Well now that the person is gone, that needed paycheck will never be in their picture.

I get my ideas from different places, not just country music or at church. I good deal of what I stand for actually comes from what I see happen to other people when they do certain things. Oh and I never said that y’all have to call me by my real name. You can call me JOSH if you don’t want to write out my entire forum name. Oh and did you see my message about the meaning of that song from Trace? Its about what ended up happening to the 9/11 terrorists.

Well here is the thing. If someone asks me if I think that someone who took their life went to Heaven, I am not going to lie to them. I will tell them what it is that I believe. I will not mean to scare them, but I am not going to lie to them. Its like someone asking you if they think that their pants makes their back end look big.

What songs did you hear? Do you remember any of the lyrics that were sung?

I’ll take my shoes off, but I will leave my socks on because it hate when my feet are cold.
God bless you six and James always!!!

Perfect.

Kleenex you and your nose and warm toes always!

^^^ What? What did I say that stands out in your opinion?
God bless you always!!!
Holly

You don’t really expect the sanctimonious twit to think it through logically, do you?

^^^ You make it sound like that person’s question hasn’t been answered.
God bless you and them always!!!

P.S. Check out the final message on page 25 of this chat which I forgot to add one more thing to so thank you for quoting that person’s message. What I forgot to add is this. It isn’t my fault that a certain beliefs can upset people. Sadly some things can not be candy coated. All that I can ask you is this: Would you rather someone just flat out lie to your face so that you are not upset in the end?

Ok, here’s the thing. Did anyone ask your opinion or did you just drop in and leave it lying on the floor like a cat with a dead mouse? Unsolicited opinions are like assholes. Sure, everyone has one but it is best to keep it to yourself unless you are in a group you know really well.

^^^ Like I said earlier, since when does a person need anyone’s permission to share what they believe in at a public message forum?
God bless you always!!!
Holly

You do realize that there is a difference between being able to do something and it being right to do something, right?

^^^ Sure, but since when is sharing what you believe in a wrong thing to do? It wasn’t like I was sharing this kind of belief at a funeral for someone who took their life which I would never do anyway…until I was asked by someone what it is that I believe.
God bless you always!!!
Holly

Yah. I hate when people do that too.

I never did address this. No matter how you meant this, I am going to take it as a compliment. Thank you.
God bless you always!!!
