I’m afraid not, that’s the bare minimum I know of the song, however the peas pies and chips reference is a parody of the lyrics, some UK dopers must know this.
Could it possibly be “Virtual Insanity”? I haven’t heard a parody of that song but it was a big hit for Jamiroquai.
