In its subpoena, the committee specifically demands Trump turn over any communications, sent or received during the period of November 3, 2020, to January 20, 2021, with over a dozen of his close allies who have emerged as key players in the broader plan to overturn the 2020 election.
I wonder if Trump will deign to reply to this. If so, I bet it’s an unhinged rant containing lots of insults peppered with idiot phrases like ‘witch hunt’

The committee will anpprove its final report next Monday, the 21st.
They will decide if criminal referrals will be issued. That should likely be the end of the committee.

Final hearing announcing criminal referrals and possibly some new evidence is scheduled for Monday, December 19, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern.
Should make for fun family holiday conversations!
Seriously, I attended a family holiday party this week, and with Trump out of office there was no discussion of politics AT ALL for the first time in years.
And for those family members you don’t like very much, I can think of a $99 gift which is sure to displease.
The final report gets approved Monday and it was my understanding all of the evidence would be released. Should be some choice testimony that we have not seen yet and probably won’t see Monday but will be in the huge document dump that will happen. I think it’s a given that a referral is in the cards for Donnie, hopefully for Rudy and Meadows as well. In any event, should be must-see TV and I can’t wait. Well actually I don’t want to wish the weekend away but it will make a Monday more palatable.
At least the days of washing that stuff through the Bill Barr filter prior to public presentation are over!

Rep. Bennie Thompson, the chairman of the House select committee investigating the January 6, 2021, insurrection, told reporters the committee will hold its final public meeting on Monday and that the panel’s full report will come out December 21.
Thompson, a Democrat from Mississippi, said the committee will approve the panel’s final report on December 19 and make announcements about criminal referrals to the Justice Department, but the public will not see the final report until two days later.
So we’ll still have to wait until then.
Better than waiting two weeks, amirite?
