looking for a translation check of the following
Plan = 計画
Do = する
Study = 勉強
Act = 行為
however if I enter it as a phrase I get
計画調査行為を行う
which is clearly different, so I am looking for the most accurate translation of the phrase but I need it broken up into the 4 words if possible. I am trying to create a diagram in the 4 parts so I need the words separated
yeah, sorry I wasnt clear, the pdsa cycle is a tool for business.
I also noticed that when I entered it as a phrase it changed the locations of (well at least one word) act moved over from the last word.
in any case are those equally good or is one more accurate than the other keeping in mind that pdsa means
you plan out what you intend to do,
you do it,
you study the results,
you act on the results and you return to plan.
Caveat: This strikes me as something that isn’t going to work well as a 1:1 translation. Your best bet, IMO, would be to get a native Japanese speaker.
For example, based on your intended meaning rather than the literal list of words, here are some alternative choices:
this is one of those things, I am 100% positive there is a diagram already online in Japanese but since I have no idea how to search for it in Japanese (that I haven’t already tried) I am coming up blank.
thanks for the input Shot From Guns its a definite start, and as it turns out I do know a couple native Japanese speakers, they are just a bit hard to get a hold of. now that I think about it though I am not really in a hurry.
