I’ve seen that. I love that the wife was just sitting in the car, freaking out over the husband singing, then she got out and got with it . . . with him in the background.
They look like such a fun couple. They were quite talented, too.
Wow, that was great! It’s wonderful seeing people who have real joy in their lives, especially when they’re so talented. That couple’s definitely going to end up on tv again…

Leno had them on his show to sing with the band. Married 12 years, a couple of real live wires. I hope we haven’t seen the last of them.
I hate Leno too. I was just channel cruising and caught Timothy Stack on the gas pump display. Otherwise I would have moved on. My opinion of Jay has improved because of this gag and follow up. Not enough to remove my desire to have endure unspeakable acts for what he did to Letterman, and the world as a result, but I don’t hate him quite as much.
Isn’t everyone in LA either an actor or in the business in some other way?
Knowing people in LA, I can assure you they’re most definitely not. Mercifully.

Leno was offered a great job and took it. Was he supposed to turn it down to be nice to Letterman?
I might get a job offer soon, am I supposed to turn it down so someone else can get the job?
I think people are more upset about with the Conan situation. Also, hiding in a closet to overhear hiring discussions is a bit…odd.
More upset about Conan getting $30 mil for 6 months work? I know that kept me in tears for months. Not sure how Conan was able to survive on that little amount of money.
Used to be you were discovered at Schwab’s Drugstore in Hollywood. Now it’s at the gas station in Burbank.
I know you think this is some great rejoinder, but you neglect that that is really, really low compared to what Leno makes.
Do we really have to do this again? People are upset because they liked Conan’s version of the Tonight Show, rather than Jay’s. They like Conan’s comedy, and it sucks that Conan isn’t getting paid for it as much as someone whose comedy sucks. That’s it.
You apparently like Leno’s comedy, and think he’s actually worth the money he was paid, and that Conan isn’t funny enough to deserve even quick payout he got (which was less than what his contract entailed.) That’s a valid opinion, too.
We don’t need to get into yet another war on this topic, do we? It’s just different tastes in comedians.
