Jean Claude Van Damme movie: help ID?

I’m looking for a JCvD movie. I’m wanting to say Blood Sport, but I’m doubtful.
The only feature of it that I can remember is there was a fighting tournament, and there was this black guy who would be all over the mat acting like a monkey. Next thing you know, he would fly into the air and kick the crap out of his opponent.
IIRC, it was a pretty good fight movie.
Can anybody help?

Sure sounds like Bloodsport, unless there’s another Jean-Claude Van Damme movie with a drunken monkey kung fu scene in it.
