So, I wasn’t sure if you Picard fans knew about this, but I figured I’d make it available to all the trek fans here at SDMB. It’s epic
Bonus points to the first one who can tell me which episode the “hypnotic” speech comes from.

Oh, I love this. Though that “Captain … Jean Luc Picard of the U.S.S. Enterprise” is totally in my head now. Bastard.
That’s “Timescape,” God help me for knowing this. Actually a very good episode.
Edited to add: But what the heck episode is the snippet with Picard with the straw hat & cane dancing on the bridge from?!
It’s from a Gene Roddenbury tribute.
Lovely! Thanks for sharing it.

Ha! Geek test!
Nah, just kidding. Thanks for the link! I was wondering how on earth I could’ve missed this particular episode.
I actually have no idea why I knew that.
“Q…Q?!”
It’s a hilarious video…see also
can’t remember the one for sisko, but it’s not the obvious sisko.ytmnd.com

giggles That’s wonderfully silly. Zed always surprises me. Silly American me.
Weird, after reading this I wanted to watch that episode again. A little while later, I go and turn on the TV, and see TNG is playing. Anyone care to guess what episode?

Ha, the same thing happened to me. The smiley face in the steam is one of the greatest Trek moments ever.
