Our local station shows two episodes of Jeopardy! back-to-back, one being a recent rerun, and then the most recent episode. It was last week when Amy was still champion and the re-run episode had a pretty close race. Ken made the comment that “this is a fun match, I’m sure our players agree”. I pondered that statement for a while, and I also had to agree; it was fun to watch.
Not to take anything away from Amy, but it’s certainly been a lot more fun to watch the last few episodes that are not blow-outs. I felt the same with Matt and James.
Same here. At 4:00 and 4:30 each weekday afternoon.
We just get one episode a day, at 11:30 am. I have to make sure I read this thread before then, in case someone sees it before me.
I was sad for Amy when she lost, but it is kind of nice to see “regular” people playing again. Except they’re soooooo slooooooow, and don’t get to all the clues.
Without Matt and Amy, the current players seem so dumb and so slow. Did that really used to be normal?

I was disappointed to find Jennings didn’t host today’s show. Wasn’t Bialik supposed to be doing only tournaments?
I think once there is a permanent host, she is supposed to be just the tournament host.
OT, but every time I see her self-congratulatory snake oil commercial I like her less. It’s interesting to watch it muted. She must think her emphatic head wags are persuasive.

Good game Tuesday night. I’m disappointed that Zoha (?), in the middle, didn’t get the FJ correct. (the other two got it - one betting everything, and the other almost everything. I think she bet enough to finish ahead of the other two if she had gotten it correct. I got it too.)
