Well, ol’ Jesse isn’t exactly known for playing nicely with the press. This is just speculation, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he decided to endorse Kerry and his handlers said, “Let King do all the talking when the reporters come around.”
It’s kind of nice to know Angus is still getting around, though. If Ventura becomes politically active again, this coould become a full-time gig.
Wouldn’t it be funny if Ventura became president or something, and was called before a congressional committee, and wouldn’t go unless he had King along to speak for him, and … never mind.
